Greenhouse Gas Removal policy options

The report assess potential policy options in the UK to support GGR at a scale compatible with net zero. The analysis considers both the direct policies which create the main incentive to deploy GGR, and the required suite of enabling and integrating policy, such as emissions accounting frameworks.
