2013 G20 low carbon competitiveness index

The Climate Institute, an Australian NGO, asked Vivid Economics to produce an update to the Low Carbon Competitiveness Index. The Low Carbon Competitiveness Index is an innovative means of quantifying international efforts to prepare for a carbon constrained future. Vivid Economics initially designed the index in 2009, and has since issued several updates mapping the progress of G20 economies towards realising sustainable low carbon growth.

The index was widely applied in The Climate Institute’s Global Climate Leadership Review 2013, and is  available for download here.
