With over 6 years experience working in sustainable energy and infrastructure projects, Caroline has gained broad expertise on business development, strategy development and project and program management. She combines well-developed and analytical skills with broad knowledge on international sustainability issues and a good sensitivity for stakeholders’ needs. Caroline has played a leading role in shaping grid digitisation strategies for Dutch grid operators and has led feasibility studies for different waste-to-energy solutions. Her work experience also includes CSR strategy development, valuing the co-benefits of international carbon credit projects, and proposing new metrics to capture the full range of impacts of energy services in the distributed economy in Africa.
Caroline holds an MSc in Sustainable Development and a BSc in Science & Innovation Management, both from Utrecht University and has completed her MA thesis at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University (Sweden).
