Simon Baptist
Simon Baptist is an expert in econometrics, statistics and applied microeconomics; particularly in their application to the analysis of commodity and industrial product markets.
His data analysis skills include working with large sectoral and firm-level data sets, and his special interests are in the economic analysis of firm productivity, technology, development and the environment.
Simon’s clients have included large multinational corporations, industry associations, Governments and NGOs in the UK, US, Europe and Australia.
He has completed a doctorate in Economics at the University of Oxford, and was awarded the University Medal of the University of Tasmania upon completion of his Bachelor of Science and Economics with first class honours.
